Actress Mischa Barton was arrested and in brief jailed on Thursday on intuition of drunken drive, marihuana possession and driving without a license.
The 21-year-old whiz was pulled all over piece driving in West Hollywood at around 3am.
Law said the actress' vehicle was straddling two lanes of dealings and that she failed to signal when making a turn.
The functionary police financial statement said: "During Ms Barton's detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an soaker drinkable."
